MSW Program Application

IU School of Social Work MSW programs are offered at  Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI), Indiana Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW), Indiana University South Bend (IUSB), Indiana University Northwest (IUN) and Indiana University East (IUE).  A new program is tentatively scheduled to begin at Indiana University Southeast (IUS).  Below are links for MSW applications to the MSW programs on the IUPUI, IPFW, IUSB, IUN, IUE and campuses.   Applicants for all campuses will also need to utilize the link to “Pre-Requisite Statistics Approved Course List”. 

These documents contain the actual application for each campus as well as program details.  More information is available on this website, including curriculum options, course descriptions and introductions to our faculty.  Applicants must print off the application documents and mail or deliver them to the chosen campus.  Please read the application carefully for instructions.

IUPUI Applicants only:  The IU School of Social Work on the Indianapolis campus will be closed for the Super Bowl on Friday, February 3 and Monday, February 6.  MSW applications must be POSTMARKED on Feb. 3rd to meet the priority deadline.  Please take applications to a post office to ensure a Feb. 3rd postmark.  Do NOT drive to campus to deliver.  Applications do not need to be sent by Fed Ex/overnight mail - use normal USPS delivery.
