IUPUI in Indianapolis offers all six concentrations. It offers multiple schedule tracks: Full-time, Part-time Saturday, Part-time evening and Part-time day (afternoons). These part-time programs are offered in a specific cohort or schedule track during the first two years of the program. In the concentration year, students may need to take classes at various times depending on which concentration they choose.
Advanced standing status is offered on all campuses to exceptional applicants who possess a BSW from an accredited school of social work. Acceptance for advanced standing is not automatically granted to every applicant. Applicants will be evaluated based on the quality of their application and mastery of the BSW curriculum. Applicants must begin the MSW program within 5 years of BSW graduation. For example, BSW graduates from 2010 must begin the MSW program no later than 2016. The one year advanced standing accelerated program is only offered at the IUPUI campus.
All other campuses offer a part-time evening program which takes students three years to complete.
