The Conference Center and Hotel is located just 2 miles from Brown County State Park and ¼ mile from Nashville. Conference hotel room price is $109 /night for double occupancy + Tax (total is $122.08 with tax). Hotel has 55 rooms. Their sister lodge, Brown County Inn Resort & Conference Center, just down the block, covers the overflow with a 90 room capacity. Additionally, there is a Comfort Inn just across the street.

2011 rates:

Housing is available for adult groups for the summer of 2012. Most adult groups are housed in Willkie, which is our nicest residence hall. Willkie is air conditioned single rooms with 2 rooms sharing a full bath. The rooms come with linen (2 sheets, 2 towels, a pillow and a pillow case). Otherwise they do not come with the hotel amenities like TV or a coffee maker.

The 2009 rate for Willkie is $46 + 12% tax per person per night. We don't have rates for 2012, but my best estimate is they would not exceed $53 + tax per person per night and would very likely be lower; somewhere around $50.

We can look at lower cost options with either single a/c rooms with bathroom down the hall, or double a/c rooms. The availability of those options would depend somewhat on your dates. We tend to have more beds available in late May or July than in June.
