Scheduled Meetings of the Commission for 2004

All Commission Meetings are open to the public.  Meetings will take place from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Indiana Government Center South, Conference Center Room C, unless otherwise noted.

May 14, 2004

June 17, 2004 This date has been changed (as of May 18, 2004.) Will be held in Conference Room C of Indiana Government Center, South Building.     

July 9, 2004, Conference Room C of Indiana Government Center, South Building. This meeting is scheduled for the time slot of 12 noon 4:00 PM, in order to finalize the Commission recommendations.  If this work is completed on July 9, the July 27 meeting will be cancelled.

July 26, 2004, Conference Room C, Indiana Government Center, South Building, meeting is from 12 noon to 3 PM.  This meeting date has been changed from July 27 to July 26.

Thursday, August 12, 2004, Commission meeting will be at the 6th Floor Conference Room of the National City Bank, 101 W. Washington St., Suite 600E, Indianapolis.  Meeting will begin at approximately 12:30 pm.  Directions to access this meeting site: Enter the Hyatt Regency Motel at Merchants Plaza (located on the SE corner of Washington and Capitol Streets.) Turn left once inside the lobby and walk through the lobby to the escalator.  Take the escalator to the 2nd floor, turn left off the escalator and look for a bank of elevators.  Take the left set of elevators, marked "3-8" and go to the 6th floor.  Conference Room on this floor is secured, so you are requested to stay in the conference room unless using the restroom facilities on that floor.

Friday, October 15, 2004, 12 noon to 3:00 PM: Commission will have a final meeting to discuss on-going legislative action needed for implementation of any recommendations.

Evansville: Thursday, February 19, 2004, 6 - 8 pm, Deaconess Hospital, 600 Mary St., Johnson Hall on the 1st floor of the Health Science Building.

Muncie: Tuesday, February 24, 2004, 6 - 8 pm, Youth Opportunity Center, 3700 W. Kilgore Avenue.  Enter campus through Entrance 4 and go to double doors on east end of building; press security buzzer for entry.

Fort Wayne: Thursday, March 4, 2004, 5 - 7 pm, SCAN, 500 W. Main St.

Seymour: Thursday, March 11, 2004, 6 - 8 pm, Indiana Department of Transportation, 185 Agrico Lane.

Terre Haute: Thursday, March 18, 2004, 6 - 8 pm, Hulman Student Memorial Union,  Room DeDeII, Indiana State University Campus.
