Evaluating the Division of Family and Children's Customer Services This study is designed to assess customer satisfaction with the Division of Family and Children's services. Customers include county Office of Family and Children staff, foster parents, and collaborative service providers. Focus groups in six counties will be followed by representative surveys of the consumer groups listed.
