Lobby Day Organizing Strategies Based on qualitative interviews with key participants, this project explored the strategies used in developing a collaborative effort to bring together students, faculty and practitioners to lobby for social welfare legislation at the Indiana State House. The feminist leadership model for organizing used, the broad membership base for planning, the use of email between face-to-face meetings, and the collaborative nature of the group were all identified as successful strategies.
