Technology Articles -- III An article entitled "Consumer Access to Agency Websites: Our Best Foot Forward?" by Dr. Bob Vernon and Darlene Lynch recently appeared the Journal of Technology in Human Services. From the article's abstract: "One hundred social service agency websites were examined .... Each website was analyzed for multiple language availability, reading simplicity, reading comprehension, and usability access. This study found substantial barriers to Website access for social service consumers."
