Stacey Kalima currently serves as the Recruitment Coordinator (statewide) for the Indiana University School of Social Work.  Stacey pursued her undergraduate studies at Indiana University Bloomington via the 21st Century Scholars program. She graduated in 2006 with a BA in Psychology and Sociology (with Honors) and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management. She went on to obtain her Master of Arts Degree in Social Service Administration from The University of Chicago. Stacey attended U of C on a full ride scholarship via the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation. Stacey has served in several roles in the community including a mental health therapist, program coordinator for a domestic violence agency, as well as an instructor and academic advisor. In addition to her work in higher education, Stacey is married to a survivor of the 1994 Rwandan Genocide and serves as a volunteer grant writer for his agency, the Peace Center for Forgiveness and Reconciliation​. Stacey and her husband have 3 children
