About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Indiana, with a master’s level education in Social Work from Indiana University. I am a lecturer in the department of Social Work at IUPUI. My teaching approach emphasizes social work values and increased understanding of diverse communities. My teaching style is holistic, compassionate, and supportive.

My experience includes long-term and short-term therapy. I have served as a therapist in residential, hospital, outpatient, school, and community-based settings. I believe in providing treatment in a warm, nonjudgmental environment. I have extensive experience providing training to other therapists.

I believe in empowering others so they can draw on their strengths, overcome obstacles, and thrive. My greatest reward is helping others to explore ways in which to look forward to the future with hope.
