Chelsea Rood-Emmick, PhD MSW LSW is an alumni of the Indiana University School of Social Work. She earned her BSW in 2007 and her MSW in 2008. She is currently the program chair for human services at Ivy Tech Community College Bloomington, and teaches Issues and Ethics in Human Services, Policy and Programming, and Interviewing and Assessment. She is a former foster parent, a volunteer soccer coach, a volunteer for the Bloomington Animal Shelter, and parent to her two children, Jack and David.
