Hailey’s ultimate goal is to have her own private practice since mental health counseling is something that Hailey has dreamed about doing since she was in high school.

Hailey personally knows people who have struggled with addiction, and she knows how hard it can be on the addict and their family. Hailey’s advice for those pursuing a career in social work is to make sure you take care of yourself. Hailey believes that burnout does happen, so it is important to be prepared and start self-care before you feel overwhelmed and burnt out.
