
After nine months of intensive learning and projects, Jewel Mosley, BSW student services coordinator & recruitment specialist at IU Indianapolis, and Dr. Aisha Smiley, BSW program director and clinical assistant professor at IU Fort Wayne, have crossed the finish line to complete the Next Generation 2.0 program.
“Next Gen 2.0 serves as a pathway to institutional leadership opportunities as it seeks to address the need for succession planning and for increasing diverse representation among administrative ranks,” – Next Gen website, Indiana University Indianapolis.

This leadership and personal development program has been a catalyst for so many Indiana University leaders in their efforts to improve and change the conditions for students, staff, and faculty,” said Dr. Aisha Smiley. “I intend to use the knowledge and resources gained and strengthened to continue to impact change in building a healthy, valued, and inclusive culture at Indiana University Fort Wayne.”
