National Deans and Directors of Social Work Admissions (NDDSWA) is a national organization affiliated with the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). Established in 1995, NDDSWA provides a forum for the gatekeepers of CSWE accredited graduate social work education in the United States.

NDDSWA celebrates contributions in recruiting and cultivating the next generation of leaders and educators. The NDDSWA Newcomer of the Year Award recognizes NDDSWA members who are relatively new to the organization (no longer than 4 years), have demonstrated creative and innovative ways in their approach to admissions, and have been engaged in the community at large.
