The Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne is grateful to be able to offer paid internships which are made possible through the Community Foundation Internship Program, a program of IPA funded by Lilly Endowment, Inc. Melissa Singh, IUPUI Master’s in Social Work major, has brought new and diverse perspectives to not only to Children’s Health Collaborative but the Community Foundation. Melissa’s practice has shown a light on how decisions made at the mezzo and macro levels in well-meaning organizations impact clients — negatively and positively. Additionally, Melissa has spotlighted how the smallest interconnections among organizations can strengthen or weaken client outcomes.
