IUPUI Urban Garden Service Days

Working in IUPUI’s Urban Gardens is a time for enjoying the outdoors and learning about sustainable, urban gardening.  There is plenty of planting, digging, weeding, and cultivating to do. If you want to learn about gardening, or if you just want to work outside, this is the volunteer opportunity for you.

Pay attention to weather conditions before you come out to volunteer as they change often.  We typically only cancel these events if there is heavy rain/storms. Please dress appropriate for the work and weather.  We recommend you wear shoes and clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty, as well as bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.
