Jagzzz Sleep Well Challenge

You snooze, you win!
This online challenge is for all IUPUI students. During the challenge, you’ll develop small, daily habits that promote better sleep. You’ll use your Personal Online Tracker once a week to record which habits you successfully complete.
Register at go.iupui.edu/sleep.
After you register, pick up a free sleep kit in CE 350.
Prizes including IUPUI blankets will be awarded randomly at the end of the challenge and throughout the challenge on social media.
