Indiana University School of Social Work student, Ana Lim, is participating in the prestigious McKinney Climate Fellows program. As part of the program, Ana is dedicating her summer to working on-campus with the Indiana Resilience Funding Hub, part of the IU Environmental Resilience Institute (ERI).
Her mission? To empower rural Hoosier communities by assisting them in obtaining federal funding for climate and resilience projects.
What is the McKinney Climate Fellows Program? #
The McKinney Climate Fellows (MCF) program establishes connections between IU students and local governments, businesses, and nonprofits requiring assistance in sustainability efforts. Now in its seventh year, this program has facilitated over 200 student fellowships and contributed over 64,000 service hours to the state.
