Presenter: Ashley Thomas, ANT Consulting, IPS School Board Member and experiences family advocate

Ashley Thomas is Lean Six Sigma Certified since 2014 and the CEO of ANT Foundation Consulting. She is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of ANT Foundation Consulting where she collaborates with organizations and organization leaders to create empowered communities of abundance through training, coaching and development of leaders across businesses, organizations, schools, and communities that are committed to creating thriving communities across the world. An Indianapolis native that’s a passionate advocate for equity in communities which includes education and beyond. As a dedicated mother, Ashley draws inspiration from her children, motivating her to work tirelessly in improving access to quality education throughout Indiana. She firmly believes that every child deserves the inherent right to receive a high-quality education.
She has managed and developed a department of organizing leaders that have empowered and mobilized parents in diverse communities. She has worked with hundreds of families across Indiana to bridge the gaps of access that some families face to navigate the education system, lack of resources, and understanding their voice of advocacy. She also has extensive experience with local campaigns and campaign planning that contributes to increasing outcomes for kids and communities.
