Centerstone Collaboration
The Centerstone Collaboration is between Centerstone and the Indiana University School of Social Work. The program is currently available at Bloomington. The Centerstone Collaboration consists of courses designed to prepare students for practice in mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Graduates become dually-licensed as both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC).
Admitted students join a top-ranked MSW program and gain specialized experience at one of the nation’s largest mental health care organizations. Students learn additional evidenced-based practices including but not limited to: Helping Men Recover/Helping Women Recover, Seeking Safety, and Matrix IOP.
Students receive an hourly wage and mileage reimbursement while completing a two-semester practicum placement at Centerstone.
