Department Service

  • 651/652 Master Course Committee, committee member (March 31, 2023 – December 20, 2024). Approximately 7 hours per year. The committee worked on developing a master course for 651/652 field placement and seminars to provide consistency for field liaisons and students. Surveys and focus groups were conducted with field liaisons to gather feedback used in course development.
  • Field Instructor/Task Instructor Professional Development Committee, committee member (June 30, 2021 – present). Approximately 3 hours per year.
  • School Mental Health Grant Team, placement coordinator and recruitment (Summer 2023 – December 2025). Recruited and placed students within approved placements for the grant fellowship; served as liaison to schools, agencies, practicum instructors, and students; and participated in facilitating learning circles for students and practicum instructors.
